
Refund Policy
For colloidal products, if you are not absolutely happy with the product please return the un-used portion for a full refund or an exchange (Exchange in the case that the product was damaged in shipping).
You have 10 days after the product arrives to notify us that you wish a refund.
Please notify us via email within that 10 days and refund will be issued upon return of the un-used portion.

For physical hardware (I.E. Colloidal processing systems and related components) full refunds or exchanges will be provided:
A. After the product has been returned. (for refunds must be within 30 days of the delivery date of the item, if the buyer notifies us via email we will accept a refund on the last day of the 30 days from the date of arrival at the customers shipping address).
B. Exchanges will be assessed based on the situation but as a general rule, damaged equipment upon arrival will always be replaced, repaired or exchanged at the discretion of Metospheric Plasma Products towards best remedy or the least costly (on behalf of the customer) most efficient way to satisfy the original order.
C. The objective of our return/refund policy is to serve the customers total satisfaction. These terms of refund/rebate/replacement may be expanded to include a broader scope at the discretion of Metospheric Plasma Products and it's service employees towards that end.
Our mission is to make available quality colloidal products to those who have need of them.
