The problem with understanding this technology is the same missing information that I will try to convey as clearly as possible. It may take me some time to refine these pages towards that clarity where just about anyone will get it. Further more, I do not entirely 'get it' but I have been long working on fundamental and quantum physics based purely on what I had managed to channel over the years. Yes, channeled.. beings from where ever you want them to be from interact, share information with us in a range of exchange methods all neatly labeled, Channeled information.
I must now bring to your Attention a man by the name of Tom Bearden. His web site: http://www.cheniere.org/ This man (Tom Bearden) has been at the crest of the new physics from well before most of us had any clue that there was a society of people engaged in the persuit of.. well, no one is exactly certain of what to call it. Tom Beardens writings helped me to identify what I already understood (had been learning for years from , hem.. beings from the beyond) about the nature of our physical and energetic reality. Cut to the chase.. Tom talks about Gabriel Cron and his Open and closed path circuit design. You can seach Toms Website for the information. rather than give you specific links I would rather you spend some time to see what Tom has published.. it is all excellent and highly relevant. (IMHO) The work of Gabriel Cron is also very close to what little we have from Hans Coler. His story is that during WWII he worked for the Nazi secret saucer program and ended up providing blueprints to the fundamental power source that he was working on. This is what I wanted you to include in my introduction to the 'Language' of the artifacts of Caret. 1. Gabriel Cron 2. Yeah.. ok, you are saying so what? Well, the open and closed path could be better represented by an RF power supply paired with an antenna. Yes, the purpose of which is the modulate electrons, to influence the magnetic field (waves from particles) that can be picked up some distance from the source dipole and used to broadcast information, aka, to replicate the source dipole.
The basis for the "Alien" Language found on the artifact is based on the fundamentals of RF. I like to call it the Metosphere (hence, Metospheric Plasma Products). Take a circle, mark a point on the circle, move the circle forward (and allow the circle to rotate as if one side of the circle were in contact with a straight line.)
The question might be: What do you get if you mark 2 points on a rotational circumference? That would be the basis for a functional language where you wanted to track, verify and calculate the position of a fixed point on a modulation. Specifically here we are talking about both functions of spin for a single electron and... with the knowledge that this spin function is a universal as well as local carrier function. (will detail this as we go along) Why? Because the electron is, angular momentum, wave function and most importantly is always at the same time a vortical function which is the 'program' that we can alter and make things do what we want. The purpose of the device (according to the CARET description) has something to do with locking 2 components (that we know of) into an inertial lock. What better way to access the inertial program. (yes, what is an electron?) anywho... I am showing you why this language is based on the key above and why it is relevant to the device itself. I will have more, finely detailed breakdown of the relationships, language (so called) and how this might work. Furthermore I am working on how to best experiment with the findings towards learning something of the physics at work behind a the artifacts in question. This is just an introduction to warm you up for the details, experiments and most of all the language of electron programming that directly allows you to custom design any physics you want. That in itself is much larger than any single byproduct of what I am going to demonstrate to you. This chance of Caret information simply gives me a good place to introduce you to my work and how it is exactly the same work of anyone truly working towards the advancement of humanity.
