Your Ovo System was designed and engineered with several advantages in mind.

While not obvious at first take a moment to notice the various features.

1.  Easy disconnect for the reactor tubes - There is one black and one red connection on both the Ovo power supply and the Reactor Tube.

2.  Fused Power Supply - The Ovo system is protected by a fuse.  (only use 1-1.5amp 250v fast or medium blow 3AG fuses)  An extra fuse is supplied with the system.

3.  All Glass/Stainless steel  components - on the submerged parts of the reactor tube.

If for any reason there is any issue with either component your life time Warranty allows you to simply return the defective or broken component and return it for a replacement part. (this is an exploded view to show the internal components, the reactor tube is a sealed unit and can not be taken apart)

t is always advisable to email our technical staff first to help determine the issue with your system, if you feel that the unit is not functioning.

A. Do not get the plugs wet.

B. Do not pull on the wires to disconnect the plugs, always use the plastic housing to remove the plugs.

The Ovo power supply is made of glass and aluminum. - You can use any general purpose glass cleaner on the power supply.  (DO NOT USE RUBBING ALCOHOL ON THE ACRYLIC!)

A. It is advised to avoid using any detergents on the top aluminum cover as aluminum is subject to corrosion.  Though the new units have a surface coating to protect the aluminum (they are now painted gold to match the standard Gold edition) it is still a good idea to use only mild soaps or glass cleaner on this part of the power supply.

The white reactor tube cord - Always inspect your coiled white reactor tube wire to make sure it is not cracked or cut in any way.

If you notice damage to your reactor tube connections, notify service and let them know.   A replacement can be sent out if there is a problem.
